This agreement is between the customer who installs Smart Digest for Jira (the “App”) and Rstak, the Marketplace partner who publishes it (the “Vendor”). Installing or using the App means the customer accepts these terms.
Vendor grants the customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Jira Cloud sites covered by a valid Atlassian Marketplace subscription or trial, solely for the customer’s internal business purposes.
Fees, trials, renewals, and refunds follow Atlassian Marketplace terms. The price is based on the number of users on the customer’s Jira Cloud site, not on how many people turn a digest on. The App may reduce or stop functionality if the license is inactive.
The customer must not reverse engineer the App except where the law allows it; sublicense it; use it to send unlawful or unsolicited communications; or present the App as an Atlassian product.
Jira issue data and user identifiers are processed as described in the data security and privacy statement. The customer is responsible for having a lawful basis to notify its users, and for any Slack or Teams destination it configures.
The App is provided “as is”. Vendor does not warrant that digests are complete, timely, or a substitute for Jira’s own notifications. Email delivery depends on Jira notification settings.
To the extent permitted by law, Vendor’s total liability arising from the App in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees paid for the App through the Marketplace for that period. Vendor is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data.
This license lasts while the App remains installed and licensed. It ends if the App is uninstalled or the Marketplace subscription lapses. Sections 4, 5, and 6 survive.
Governing law is the law of the country where Vendor has its principal place of business, except where mandatory consumer or data-protection rules require otherwise.
