| Digests are off | Profile menu → Smart Digest. Frequency is Off until each person turns it on. |
| No events | Another person must change the issue. Your own edits are left out by default. A title-only edit is not included. |
| No email | Jira’s own email notifications for that user. The in-app card may say that email was not sent. The in-app digest is still there. |
| Subscription required | An admin needs an active Marketplace trial or subscription. |
